My technical foundation comes from studying Computer Science at the University of Victoria, where I gained deep theoretical knowledge of computing and problem-solving. But it was at BCIT's Computing Systems Technology program where everything truly came together—where I learned how to apply those concepts to real business challenges. Combining that education with years of hands-on experience in the workforce made everything click. I saw firsthand how technology could be leveraged to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
